Indian lenders Pitch for Govt-funded 'Bad Bank' Due to Covid-19 Crisis, Say Sources

The Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) has drafted the proposal and sent it to the government and the Reserve Bank of India for their approval, according to the two bankers plus a third banking industry source.
