Tokyo Stock Exchange Resumes, Market Opens Up After Outage Debacle

The Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) resumed normal trading on Friday, with the main index starting slightly higher a day after the worstever outage brought the world's thirdlargest equity market to a standstill.
